Unfortunately, over the past year, UX has faced some difficulties due to the coronavirus outbreak, as the restrictions imposed have hindered research on UX projects.

But at the same time, COVID-19 has created new UX-related opportunities, such as:

. New digital services that didn’t exist before

. Improvement in the design of products and services

. New users that did not exist before the epidemic

.Users were offered a new content and strategy

We’ve seen organizations break down, traffic stops, markets virtually disappear, supply chains shrink, and the pace of transformation falters like never before. And since many features and activities have been transferred online, and are still gaining momentum, it’s important to build a stable brand and message to all stakeholders.

The appeal of the same brand should be applied on all platforms and devices. Much attention should also be paid to the content.

UX is the most important part of the company’s entire content strategy, as at the moment its decisions and conclusions mostly connect the brand and the user. They are now investing heavily in UX research to quickly find solutions and understand people’s actions. Clearly, there are also great opportunities for many digital businesses to reformat and change their business for the better.

And since there are limitations in connection with research right now, professionals are currently creating various remote methods that will temporarily replace free UX research.

These days, the user who has already been studied carefully, has already changed his views, and the requirements. The coronavirus is increasingly permeating our everyday lives and gradually increasing restrictions and in parallel with its continuation our user is changing. New requirements are created and the offer is changed.

This is a new challenge to introduce exceptionally new foundations in the field of UX design. By 2021 — we predict an increase in the importance of the role of UX in any field.

No need to work on the assumption that the world is the same as before, just ask yourself: do you feel that your life is the same?
